Refund policy

Made-to-order shirts

Every Tavi and Friends shirt is printed to order. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges for a size you selected incorrectly. Please compare a well-fitting shirt with the measurements on the product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact nidobrand@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
